I faced significant issues with the billing process as I was overcharged by $437 at check-in, which left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite my inquiries, I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. This incident overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Great bed, reasonably spacious room with cable channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. Paid US$ 121. Excellent location to Hastings Museum Theatre. Found in the great area very close to restaurants.

' I was astounded to hear they charged $174 for another night, no discount for loyal guests? Not to mention, the pool was unavailable! I mean, how do you ruin a stay with such basic amenities? I almost gave it a good review but just couldn't, because wow.

The room was impeccably clean and the bed offered a good night's sleep. The staff were polite and attentive . Everything looked well-kept, with no unpleasant odors lingering in the air. The breakfast area felt inviting, showcasing plenty of choices for various tastes.

We did not have the chance to experience the swimming pool, which might have added to our stay.

The nearby French bread shop is awesome, pulling you in with its warm, buttery aroma! Plus, the comfy room had everything just right.

While we didn't get the chance to dive into the pool, everything else still sparkled! The staff's service shone bright amidst the hiccup.
